Australian STANDARD Shipping is free with most orders. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 1-7 days for delivery on orders.

We endeavour to have your order packed and posted in 1-3 business days. If you are within Australia please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. For any international orders please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive.

STANDARD TRACKED POST: this option will issue you with a tracking number once your items have been posted. Your items will be sent with Australia Post.


A flat rate of $15AUD is charged at checkout, for all standard orders of 1 BabyDink Carrier (each carrier weighs approx. 400grams).

For any more than 1 carrier ordered, additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders are sent vis AUSTRALIA POST with tracking.

Unfortunately for International Post we do not have any access to other third party shipping companies such as Fedex etc due to our location being semi-rural.

Please note that should you choose not to upgrade International Shipping with a tracking number you are doing so at your own risk and we will not issue any refunds or reimbursement should your order be misplaced/not arrive.


Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.


We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We will gladly replace items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description. If you do require an exchange for incorrect sizing you are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. All items must be returned within ten days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed.

Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address. Please include your phone number and/or email address.

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 10 days.

Should your size ordered not fit correctly please contact us to arrange an exchange of size.

If you bought your BabyDink product from another retailer, please contact them for after-sales service in the first instance.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. If you have any concerns or questions about our terms and conditions, please do no hesitate to contact us.

There is no exchange or refund on any SALE items.


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or vastly different from the sample shown on our website we will either issue a full refund or replace the item for the same or different product.
