Easy Returns/ Exchanges 

BabyDink is a Game Changer in babywearing.

We are a sized product, so in the event the size you select isn’t quite right, we encourage you to re-purchase your alternative size/colour and return your original carrier to us for a full refund. Please provide your replacement order number in your returns application or to our customer service team via email to: care@babydink.com - this information is required to process your refund.

This way you avoid delays in receiving the replacement carrier and avoid disappointment should the colour/size you would like become unavailable.

If you would prefer to exchange your BabyDink – this can be arranged. However please be aware that we cannot guarantee the size/colour you choose will be available at the time of exchange.

Efficiency and convenience for YOU is why we recommend returning the original order for a full refund and then re purchasing the carrier you need, to ensure you get the right fit for you and your baby and you can enjoy the benefits of effortless babywearing ASAP.

If your question hasn’t been answered by our FAQ’s – simply contact our friendly and highly trained Customer Care team - care@babydink.com and quote your original order number.

To commence the return process, please complete the following all Returns and Exchanges including Gifted Carriers:

 

Step 1 - Submit

Submit your return request via the return portal

 

  • Refund requests must be lodged within 30 days of receipt to be eligible.

 

  • Exchanges must be lodged with 45 days of receipt to be eligible.

 

  • Follow the instructions outlined via the returns portal

 

 

Step 2 – Check your item

Returned Items must be:

 

  • unworn, unwashed and have all original packaging still intact
  • carriers that require cleaning will not be refunded for hygiene reasons.
  • postage costs for returning any item are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

 

Step 3 – Return your item via Australia Post at your expense

Please include a reply paid, self -addressed satchel with all exchange requests, if this is not included it will delay your replacement being sent out, as an invoice will be sent to you to cover postage costs



What happens next?

Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Refunds will only be approved in line with the above. BabyDink Australia reserves the right to reject returns claims that do meet the criteria above.

 

  • You will receive email notifications as your return progresses through each stage.

 

  • All refunds can only be processed via the original payment method.

 

It is rare, but if you’ve experienced a fault with your item. Please get in touch at care@babydink.com so that we can help resolve this for you.

To assist in faster processing of your enquiry, it is helpful to provide us with a couple of photos showing the defect/fault with your initial inquiry. BabyDink will cover the cost of returns for any faulty items.

We do our very best to fit most bodies and our aim is to be as inclusive as possible, in the case where either our smallest size is too big, or the largest size is too small, we will gladly offer you a refund. Simply get in touch care@babydink.com
