If you’d like to receive your package even faster, you can also select express shipping at checkout for just $10.
Once we receive your order, it will be packed and shipped to you within just 3 business days.
Standard shipping takes 3-11 business days, while express shipping is 1-2 days to any metro location and longer if regional.
If you live in WA, NT or TAS, we recommend you select express shipping to avoid any delays.
Returns and Exchanges
As long as the item is clean, unwashed, unworn and folded neatly in its original packaging, we will accept returns, exchange or credit requests when you send it back within 30 days of receiving the product.
Remember however:
Products on sale can only be exchanged or credited, not refunded
Clearance products or those marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded.
