Don't have access to a printer? No worries, a handwritten coy of this form is perfectly fine.
Need the replacement size urgently? We get it.
We would encourage you to purchase the replacement BabyDink required and return your original purchase for a full refund.
If you would prefer to wait for a replacement BabyDink baby carrier to be sent to you, please be sure to include a REPLY PAID postage bag or satchel with your delivery address clearly marked.

All items must be returned to us in original packaging, original condition, unworn and unwashed.

FAULTY ITEMS OR NOT AS ORDERED?
No worries! We are here to help
We ask that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects, damages or problems with your goods you must contact us within 10 days of receipt.
Please contact our Customer Care team at care@babydink.com let us know your original order number, then complete the simple returns form below and include it with your return.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or vastly different from the sample shown on our website we will either issue a full refund or replace the item for the same or different product.
We will gladly replace your BabyDink if it is defected or damaged, is significantly different from our item description or simply wasn't what you ordered.
In this case, we will provide a REPLY PAID postage label to help minimise the inconvenience caused, and if a replacement is needed it will be shipped to you via Express Post

If you live within Australia, we're are thrilled to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders via Australia Post. Depending on your location you should expect your Baby Dink to arrive between 2 - 10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Hello to our gorgeous international customers! We offer $20 standard International Shipping for all orders outside of Australia at checkout. All orders are sent via intentional courier, with tracking.

BabyDink ships orders daily. All orders placed with us after 7:00am will be shipped to you on the next available business day
BabyDink ships from our Distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.
Orders placed within Australia are currently on track without major delay. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery and 2 business days for express.
